2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c flour
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
Melt the chocolate and the butter in a pyrex dish. Beat the eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Add the melted chocolate and butter to mixture and then add vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased pie pan. Cook at 350 for about 25-28 minutes. Do not over bake! Cut in wedges like a pie and top with vanilla ice cream.
Use whatever flavor ice cream you want. I think vanilla is best–especially when you sprinkle crushed peppermint pieces on top at Christmas! My favorite “go to” dessert./blockquote>
