School Visits

Looking for an assembly that engages your students? Trying to find a different way to teach the writing process? A&M Writing and Publishing can help you set up author visits that will make an impact at your school.

My books are mysteries centered around lighthouses in (to date) Michigan and North Carolina. Both places have a trilogy of books (and puzzlebooks), but the main characters remain the same. The books are geared toward third graders to read on their own, but have also been very successful for challenged readers in higher grades and as read aloud opportunities for younger students.

Get more information or arrange a visit at my website. Or email me at

P.S. The Society for Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) has a pretty good list of authors and illustrators available and interested in doing classroom visits. Check it out at
