Cheese Stuff

2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 jar Old English cheese (or 2 cups grated extra sharp cheddar)
1 tsp dry mustard
garlic salt and white pepper to taste (about 3/4-1 tsp each)

1. Take off crusts and butter bread. Break into bite-size pieces and put in 9×13 dish or large casserole dish.

2. Combine milk, eggs, dry mustard, garlic salt, white pepper, and pour over bread.

3. Add cheese over top. Make sure everything is covered by egg mixture.

4. Cover and refrigerate to soak for at least 2 hours. Bake in water bath at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until set and golden brown
